Baking Forum - Trainers Skills Enhancement in Bread and Pastry Production (TESDA Nueva Ecija)

The Foundation with the Training Center conducted a baking forum for the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Nueva Ecija Provincial Office last May 27, 2019. The baking forum entitled “Trainers Skills Enhancement in Bread and Pastry Production” aims to promote the Foundation’s Programs and Services and serve as a venue to be the benchmark in Bread and Pastry Program as well as to establish a partnership with TESDA Nueva Ecija Provincial Office headed by its Provincial Director, Ms. Alejandra De Jesus.

A total of 21 trainers and assessors from various Technical-Vocational Schools in Nueva Ecija were in attendance. Activities included were tools and equipment tour and familiarization as well as a demonstration and hands-on baking training on Chiffon Cake Making and Baguette, headed by the Chef Kaye Gonzales and Chef Earl Stanley Abogado and Jemar Bernardino.
