Mr. Gerard Dubois and Mr. Roger Geisser, La Rose Noire Philippines, Inc. owners and La Rose Noire Foundation, Inc.’s Board of Directors’ President and Executive Director respectively made their routine assessment for the Foundation’s Class 5 scholars last October 17, 2018. The scholars prepared recipes from three categories- artisan breads, pastries and cakes. Recipes from the artisan bread category included baguette and raisin and walnut paysan. For the pastries the recipes were marble cake, cupcakes and apple flan. The basic vanilla chiffon with buttercream, devil’s food cake and bavarian mousse cake were prepared for the cakes category. All scholars received praises from the two executives after the assessment.
