A training seminar facilitated by Chef Celeste Odsinada, LRN Research and Development Assistant Manager, was held last August 31, 2017 at the Training Center. An overview of gelato and mocktails were discussed as well as the tools, equipment and the basic operation how to of the latter. Nine gelato and 8 mocktail recipes exclusive to Passion by Gerard Dubois were discussed and recreated by the scholars. For Gelato the recipes used were for Pistachio, Snickers, Toblerone, Cookies and Cream, Cappuccino, Raisin and Rum, Vanilla Almond, Hazelnut and Lychee. For the mocktails- Lychee Story, Cherry Colada, Pina Colada, Raspberry Lemonade, Black Currant Mint Breeze, Margarita, Mojito and Peach Bellini.
