A Modern Cake Making Training was held last August 9 and 10 at the Training Center for the 5th batch of scholars. The activity was facilitated by Chef Terrence Chan from La Rose Noire Hongkong. The main objective for the training is to introduce the basics of modern cake making techniques to the new set of students. Recipes demonstrated were Mango Mousse Cake, Apple Tartlets and Pancakes.
