A total of 25 scholars underwent a rigorous orientation last January 14-18, 2020 as part of their pre-enrollment to the La Rose Noire Foundation, Inc. for its eighth scholarship program. Discussed during this week-long activity were: Rules and Regulations (which includes The Foundation, The Training Center and The Scholars’ Dormitory) facilitated by the Foundation and Training Center team; Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety Guidelines facilitated by Ms. Katrina Moira D. Melo of La Rose Noire Philippines Quality Assurance Department; Gender Sensitivity Seminar facilitated by the Foundation’s Registered Social Worker, Ms. Christa Jensine G. Sagcal; Emergency Preparedness Seminar facilitated by Mr. Benedict Quiambao, supervisor and safety officer of La Rose Noire Philippines’ Safety, Health, and Environment Department; Data Privacy Act, Safe Space Act (known as RA 11313) facilitated by the Foundation’s Executive Director, Mr. Gerald V. Legaspi; and Tools and Equipment Orientation facilitated by the Training Center team.
