15TH LIVELIHOOD PROGRAM (COMMUNITY BASED)

In partnership with Aetas Children’s Home, the Foundation held its 15th Livelihood Training on Bread Making at Castillejos, Zambales, last March 6, 2019. The attendees were the IP’S youth and teachers from the Shelter. La Rose Noire Training Center’s Training Assistant Chef Irene Kaye M. Gonzales, taught basic baking as well as promoting the Foundation and it’s flagship Scholarship Program presented by Ms. Michelle D. De Vivar.
Recipes demonstrated were soft roll and for the actual baking was chocolate chip muffin.
The aim of the activity is to expand the livelihood program in the community and exercise the Sustainable Livelihood Program and to teach the Aeta Community to start up a small-scale business from the donated flour.
