Thirteenth Livelihood Training Program

The Foundation’s 13th Livelihood Training Program was held last October 19, 2018 at the Training Center. Attendees from Innocencio Magtoto Memorial Foundation, Inc., San Fernando and San Juan PWD (persons with disabilities) community and PWD Association of Barangay Sinadalan were taught the basics of baking with La Rose Noire Training Center’s Head for Training and Development, Chef Peter D. Suter and Trainign Assistant Chef Irene Kaye M. Gonzales leading the baking activities. Recipes demonstrated were yeast donuts by the former and basic chocolate chip muffin by the latter. Actual baking training used the recipe for apple empanada which the attendees were able to take home with them after the program.
