Gelato and Mocktails Making Training Seminar

The second Gelato and Mocktails Training Seminar was held for the fourth batch of scholars last February 27, 2018 at the Training Center. The Seminar was facilitated by LRN Asst. Manager for Research and Development Chef Celeste Odsinada. Gelato flavors demonstrated were Pistachio and the classic Vanilla and Coconut and Lychee for the mocktails.
