La Rose Noire Foundation, Inc. conducted a scholarship orientation for the beneficiaries of the Municipality of Nueva Ecija on June 4, 2024, for Batch 16. A total of 50 youths was oriented and interviewed by the foundation personnel. The orientation consists of an aptitude test, and applicant interviews took place as usual.
