March 24, 2026 — La Rose Noire Foundation (LRNF) and Clark Marriott Hotel have officially entered into a partnership to provide structured hospitality pathways for youth from underprivileged backgrounds. The Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was signed by LRNF Executive Director Pamela Angeles-Flores and Clark Marriott Hotel General Manager Brian Shin.



The joint initiative bridges technical education and premium industry experience. Selected scholars aged 18 to 24 will complete a six-month classroom curriculum in Bread and Pastry Production (BPP) NCII and Barista NCII skills at LRNF, followed by a 350-hour internship at Clark Marriott Hotel. This immersion allows scholars to train under top-tier culinary and hospitality experts, learning standard-setting service and operations.



According to Angeles-Flores and Shin, the partnership transcends basic corporate social responsibility; it is an active effort to counter poverty through sustainable skills development. The program is designed to equip scholars with the professional tools and self-assurance needed to transform their lives. Representatives from both organizations attended the signing event, reinforcing their unified mission to empower communities through education and inclusive growth.
