The Municipality of Licab, Nueva Ecija’s honorable mayor, Hon. Femy Domingo visited La Rose Noire Foundation, Inc. 2nd of June 2023 to accompany fourteen scholarship program applicants from their municipality.

During the visit, a series of livelihood activities among other things were agreed upon to maintain the strong relationship between the municipality and the Foundation.

DSWD SLP Field Officer Mr. Christian Cebribus was in attendance as well as Councilor Eugenio Baguio of Brgy. San Cristobal, Licab, Nueva Ecija.

To date, La Rose Noire Foundation has approximately 5 alum hailing from said municipality since 2018.
