La Rose Noire Foundation, Inc. proudly celebrated the graduation of 18 scholars during its 19th Graduation Ceremony on June 26, 2026.
Themed "Crafted by Passion, Bound for Excellence," the event highlighted the transformation of the scholars—from aspiring learners into empowered, skilled individuals ready to face future challenges and pursue their dreams.
The theme reflects the scholars' journey of hard work, determination, and resilience. It emphasizes that true success comes not just from talent, but through steady dedication, perseverance, and a continuous commitment to personal growth. As these 18 graduates prepare for new career opportunities and responsibilities, the Foundation reminds them that passion builds the foundation for achievement, while excellence remains the guiding force for a brighter future.
Gracing the milestone event was Mr. Leonardo E. Pinlac, TESDA Pampanga Provincial Director, who served as the keynote speaker. In his address, Director Pinlac commended the graduates for their perseverance and praised the Foundation’s dedication to technical-vocational excellence, encouraging the new graduates to carry their skills and integrity into the workforce.
The 19th class of scholars now step out equipped not only with technical skills, but also with the character to make a meaningful, positive impact on their families and communities.
As La Rose Noire Foundation continues its mission, it remains steadfast in providing quality education, empowering underprivileged youth, and building stronger, self-sustaining communities.
