Held on September 22–23, 2026, the Bread and Pastry Production (BPP) NC II Assessment put our scholars’ knowledge, skills, and confidence to the test—from the careful preparation of cakes to the consistent production of quality soft rolls.

This achievement continues the remarkable tradition of excellence of the La Rose Noire Foundation scholarship program, made possible through the perseverance of our scholars, the dedicated guidance of our trainers, and the unwavering support of our foundation leadership.
