La Rose Noire Foundation was awarded the Best Non-Government Organization (NGO) for 2022 in Central Luzon by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), through their Panata Ko sa Bayan Salamat Po Awards last 3rd of March 2023 at Royce Hotel and Casino. The event was attended by DSWD Regional Director Jonathan Dirain and DSWD Undersecretary Eduardo Punay, together with heads of the local government units, partners, and stakeholders.

As the recipient of the Best NGO Award, the Foundation, represented by its General Admin Officer Keizah Wenceslao, delivered an acceptance speech in behalf of all the Panata Ko Sa Bayan Salamat Po Awardees.

This is the second time La Rose Noire Foundation has received this recognition on a regional level, the first being in 2019. This puts the Foundation in the running for the national award of the same category which the Foundation has also received in 2019.
